SISAY Referee Training Certification Requirements:
*12 years old or older (must be 12 before the season is complete)
*Complete online training - Bring completed answer sheets to class
*Concussion training.  Bring a copy of your certificate to the class.  You can find the concussion training at this website http://nfhslearn.com/courses/61037/concussion-in-sports
