Franklin Co. & Milan Girls Kickers Tied at the Half

Franklin County and Milan entered the second half in a scoreless tie on Sunday afternoon at the LGSC fields. Both teams battled back and forth before Scott Schmidt's Milan squad was able to move out to a 2-0 lead about halfway through the 4th quarter.

Franklin County didn't give up though and scored a goal with about 5 minutes left in order to put a little pressure on at the end of the game. Milan moves on to face Aurora in a Friday Night Match at LGSC: Match Time is set for 6:15pm.
